VVVRROOOM!  Ryan fixed her training wheels.  I put them on, but couldn't tighten them enough, so the bolts and washers kept falling off while she was riding, then the wheel, and Sydney was soon to follow.  She got tired of falling so quit riding all together until Ryan could fix it for her

Poor Tobie is NOT having as good of a day.  Haircuts aren't his favorite thing, though being outside with us is

Isabelle was enjoying feeding piper her oatmeal.  She REALLY wants to be a babysitter so it's tough for her to not help.  I can usually be persuaded.  Notice Isa making faces to help prompt her into eating.  She eats fine without the prompts, so I'm guessing she gets the face thing from me

Basketball

Basketball season is finally over.  We never did win, but went into overtime twice.  Way to defend her Isa!  (Isabelle's number 1.  Literally)

 She made her first game basket of the season in the last game

Ryan helped coach this time.  He's thinking of being the head coach next year (so he can call the plays) =)

She didn't get the ball often, but she has gotten much better and wants to play again next year

Nice weather

before the snow storms a couple of weeks ago there was a Sunday that was about 65.  HEAT WAVE!  Actually we had a lot of mild days before that.  This creation is a squid

of course the popular thing to do is sidewalk chalk, plus flying kites and playing who knows what while ryan and I read some books.  This is from Cars

and this was a van, but I don't remember why it was special =)

second snow day

The "blizzard"  threw snow everywhere.  We didn'[t get nearly as much as was predicted, and it didn't seem that windy to me, but I guess outside of town was worse so school was still cancelled another 2 days

The girls asked for another pj day, so we had to take a picture since Piper came in her pjs too

Family day

we made some more snowflakes and other paper crafts

daddy made sugar cookie dough and each of the kids helped to cut some out

they decorated them in very fancy ways

Daddy also made a fire and we sat around and played games for the rest of the evening.  A really fun family night!

Family Christmas Eve
